DOCLINE -- ILL Information of the Lending Institution
Printer-friendly VersionQuestion: How do I view the interlibrary loan information (including phone contacts, charges and delivery methods) of the institution to which my request has routed?
Answer:
-
-Under REQUESTS / Status/Cancel, enter the request number or set limits using the pull-down menus.
- -To set limits using the pull-down menu, the DOCLINE and Borrow options must be selected in the first two fields. Choose parameters from the other pull-down menus and proceed to the Search Display screen by clicking Go.
- -Select the LIBID next to the lending institution name. A new window will open with the ILL information of that institution.
- -Select the View Entire Record link at the top of the ILL information window to view the institution's full Institution Record.
- -To set limits using the pull-down menu, the DOCLINE and Borrow options must be selected in the first two fields. Choose parameters from the other pull-down menus and proceed to the Search Display screen by clicking Go.
