DOCLINE -- Javascript Error
Question: What do I do when I get a Javascript error?
Answer:

- In the navigation area at the top of the DOCLINE screen, click on "Contact Us". In the window that opens, click on "Report a Problem with DOCLINE".
- - In the Error Text field, please copy the complete text of the error message so we can investigate.
- - Include the window name where this error was encountered as well as a detailed description of the actions preceeding the error.
- - Be sure to include your name and contact information in the message.

- To View the Complete Text of the Javascript error:

- Internet Explorer:
- - Depending upon your browser settings, the error message will automatically display or will be indicated by a yellow caution symbol in your status bar.
- - Double-click on icon to view the error.
- - Click Show Details to view the error text.

- Netscape:
- - The error will be indicated by the message "JavaScript error: Type 'javascript:' into Location for details" in the status bar of the browser.
- - Type 'javascript:' into the Location field to view the message.
