Call The Federal Emergency Management Agency At 1-800-462-9029 By January 31, 2003, To Register For FEMA Disaster Assistance Programs.

FEMA May Be Able To Assist You With Paying Your Mortgage Or Rent, If:

  • You Lived Or Worked In Manhattan On Or Before 9/11, Or Were Employed By A Company Dependent On Businesses In Manhattan;
  • You Lost At Least 25 Percent Of Your Income After September 11th, And That Income Loss Is Apparent By January 31, 2003;
  • You, Or A Member Of Your Household Is A U.S. Citizen, Non-Citizen National Or Qualified Alien;
  • And, You Have Received A Late Payment Notice, Or Other Evidence That You Are In Danger Of Possible Eviction Or Foreclosure.

Remember, Register Before January 31, 2003, For FEMA's Mortgage And Rental Assistance Program Or Low-Interest Disaster Loans From The U.S. Small Business Administration.
