| Comments Dear Federal Agency Information Officers, Librarians, and Webmasters: In order to provide locator services and links to your agency's Internet-accessible products through the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP), the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office asks that you advise us by completing the form below when you initiate, substantially modify, or terminate a Government information product. GPO considers Government information products to mean a Government publication, or other discrete set of Government information, regardless of form or format, which has public interest or educational value except that which is required for official use only, is for strictly administrative or operational purposes, or is classified. The information on this form, provided for
each product, will enable GPO to link to your products and create a metadata
record about the product for GPO Access and for entry into a national
bibliographic utility and individual library catalogs nationwide. This will
provide for use of your agency's product by the more than 1,300 depository
libraries and the general public who use GPO Access services. A service of the
Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government
Printing Office. |
