Mission:
The mission of Range Management Research is to produce new knowledge of ecosystem processes for development of technologies for remediation and management of desert rangelands. Remediation is both the cessation of rangeland degredation, if occurring, and the restoration of land resources through the use of economically and ecologically appropriate technologies. Extensive interagency efforts in both agricultural and biological sciences augment the in-house research program.
