Transportation Audits
Accounts Management
GSA processes Transportation Service Provider (TSP) protests of Notices of Overcharge, carrier reclaims of money collected, and claims for additional transportation charges. Additionally, collected monies are applied to the proper accounts. GSA is responsible for receipt, assembling and logging of the documents that the TSP provides to rebut overcharges or assert their claims. All Notices of Overcharge, letters of acknowledgement, Certificates of Settlement and Monthly Statements of Account are created and mailed by GSA. GSA assists agencies with the collection of unused tickets, preparing SF-1170s, and assuring the proper distribution of collected funds.
