Nominations and Withdrawals Sent to the Senate
NOMINATIONS SENT TO THE SENATE:
Ralph Leo Boyce, Jr., of Virginia, a Career Member of the Senior
Foreign Service, Class of Minister-Counselor, to be Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to
the Kingdom of Thailand.
John Marshall Evans, of the District of Columbia, a Career Member
of the Senior Foreign Service, Class of Minister-Counselor, to be
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of
America to the Republic of Armenia.
John D. Rood, of Florida, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Commonwealth of
The Bahamas.
WITHDRAWALS SENT TO THE SENATE:
Jose A. Fourquet, of New Jersey, to be a Member of the Board of
Directors of the Inter-American Foundation for a term expiring
September 20, 2004, vice Mark L. Schneider, term expired, which were
sent to the Senate on January 9, 2003, and on October 1, 2003.
Frederick W. Rohlfing III, of Hawaii, to be United States District
Judge for the District of Hawaii, vice Alan C. Kay, retired, which was
sent to the Senate on January 7, 2003.
