3.	November 18 2004  Comment: Full Proposal Deadline due by 5 p.m. proposer's local time for Nanoscale Exploratory Research (NER)
4.	March 01 2005  Comment: Full Proposal Deadline due by 5 p.m. proposer's local time for Nanoscale Science and Engineering Centers (NSEC): Full proposals may ONLY be submitted by invitation from NSF
