  • Energy Performance Rating System

    • Portfolio Manager: identifies opportunities with your customers by rating and comparing the energy performance of commercial buildings.

    • Host the national Energy Performance Rating System: EPA now offers companies that provide energy information products and services an opportunity to bring our national Energy Performance Rating System and ENERGY STAR label directly to their customers through their own tools.

      Participation in the pilot for this initiative is now closed to new hosts. EPA will open participation to interested energy information service providers when the program is formally launched by mid-year 2005.
