Mission:
The research mission of the Animal and Natural Resources Institute is to conduct research and to develop technology transfer programs that ensure high quality and safe food while protecting the natural resource base and the environment. The Institute consists of 13 laboratories and 3 service units with 369 federal employees; 107 are scientists.
