	Purchase an American Flag That Has Flown Over the Capitol Due to Congressman Gephardt's impending retirement and the closing of his Washington, DC office, October 1, 2004 is the last day that we are accepting any flag requests. In addition, September is the last month in which we will have flags flown over the Capitol. Requests for flags to be flown over the Capitol for dates after October 1, 2004 will not be honored. This policy is due to the lengthy processing time for these requests. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
	Service Academies - Important Information All documents must be submitted and completed prior to NOVEMBER 1, 2004.
