Gutknecht Gets Energy Provisions in FSC/ETI Bill

October 7, 2004

Washington, DC - First District Congressman Gil Gutknecht today supported the conference report for H.R. 4520, the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004. Because the energy bill is stalled in the U.S. Senate, Gutknecht led an effort to include renewable energy provisions in this tax bill. The measure was approved by the House 280-141. Read more>
