New York Stock Exchange Proposal Undermines Corporate Reforms
WASHINGTON, DC - U.S. Representative Diana DeGette (D-CO), a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, in a letter sent to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman William Donaldson, strongly urged the SEC to reject a proposal by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) that would significantly undermine corporate accountability.  Read more

House Gives Hope to Americans with Juvenile Diabetes
WASHINGTON, DC –  The U.S. House of Representatives today gave hope to more than 1 million Americans living with juvenile diabetes when it passed a proposal authored by U.S. Rep.
