[Washington, DC] – Congressman Vito Fossella (R-NY13) today joined with College of Staten Island (CSI) President Marlene Springer and more than 100 future elementary schools teachers to announce $397,640 in federal funding for an innovative program that recruits and trains students for careers as educators.
