Garrett: IRS Grants Tax Relief for Ivan Victims in New Jersey
October 14, 2004- Today, Rep. Scott Garrett (NJ-05) announced that the Internal Revenue Service will offer special tax relief for New Jersey taxpayers in the presidential disaster area struck by Hurricane Ivan during the Sept. 18 - Oct. 1, 2004 period.

Garrett Receives 'Guardian of Small Business' Award
October 13, 2004- This past week, the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation's largest small-business advocacy group, honored Rep. Scott Garrett (NJ-05) with the Guardian of Small Business award for his outstanding voting record on behalf of America's small business owners in the 108th Congress.

Rep. Garrett Announces Opening of Warren County Disaster Recovery Center, FEMA Website Updates
October 8, 2004- Today, Rep. Scott Garrett (NJ-05) announced the opening of a disaster recovery center in Warren County where Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) officials will be on hand to help New Jersey flood victims with the assistance they need. The Warren County disaster recovery center location is in Phillipsburg and will be open for business beginning today.
