Gilchrest Praises Congress for Renewing Tax Credit for Poultry Waste

A tax break important to Delmarva’s poultry industry was renewed by Congress before they adjourned recently, U.S. Rep. Wayne T. Gilchrest said.

The Working Families Tax Relief Act of 2004, which extended the marriage penalty tax relief and the $1,000 child tax credit through the next 10 years, passed Congress and was signed into law by President Bush.
