SPYWARE
I originally became interested in the issue of "spyware" when my computer at home stopped functioning properly and soon became virtually useless. A commercial website, without my prior knowledge, had essentially "hijacked" my homepage, diverting me to their site every time I initially launched my internet, even after I had taken steps to replace my old homepage.

Medicare
During my time in Congress, I have heard from hundreds of seniors and disabled constituents forced to make wrenching choices to fill needed prescriptions. An 86 year-old woman from Bensalem told me that while she could afford the drugs to keep her alive, she could not afford the medications that made her life worth living...
