Money will officially launch "Paper Sciences Technology Transfer Center" - helping keep state on "cutting edge" of paper industry and "retain good jobs"

Green Bay - Federal funding for a new "Paper Sciences Technology Transfer Center" is beginning to flow to the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, U.S. Rep. Mark Green (R-Green Bay) announced Wednesday.

"9/11 Recommendations Implementation Act" contains Green proposals making it easier to convict individuals who support terrorists, also boosts penalties for those who mislead investigators in terrorism cases
