Congress Approves Agriculture-Friendly Renewable Fuels Legislation
Just before the House and Senate adjourned for the November elections, Congress approved renewable fuels legislation that should provide farm families and rural areas with an important economic boost. For almost a year, an energy bill containing these provisions has been stalled in the Senate, so I am pleased that this legislation has finally been approved and will soon be sent to the President to be signed into law.
