	Regula Announces Transit Grants for Stark County - September 10, 2004 WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Rep. Ralph Regula (R-OH) announced today that the Stark County Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) is scheduled to receive $1.3 million in federal assistance for two transit projects in the region. The funding announced today by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) will be used to expand the current transit center in Alliance and to the renovate SARTA’s parking lot at its administrative and maintenance facility.
