The APF is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by porphyria. Our mission is to:

  • Enhance public awareness about porphyria

  • Develop educational programs and distributing educational material for patients and physicians

  • Support research to improve treatment and ultimately lead to a cure
