Effective now, and running through October 8, USEPA is doing an on-line survey of the users of the National Environmental Compliance Assistance Clearinghouse. The survey is very short -- fewer than ten questions, and should only take you a few minutes to complete. The survey is designed to get your input on the effectiveness of the Clearinghouse so improvements can be made. We want to make sure the website is user friendly: easy-to-use, easy-to-understand, and provides links to useful sources of compliance information, etc.
When the Clearinghouse was established, it was to give assistance providers, industry, and the general public compliance assistance information quickly and easily. To maintain the Clearinghouse as the best possible resource for environmental compliance, this survey will help us make needed changes and suggested improvements.
