Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate
three individuals and appoint 17 individuals to serve in his
administration:
The President intends to appoint Michael J. Hansen, of Wisconsin,
to be a Commissioner of the United States Section of the Great Lakes
Fishery Commission for the remainder of a six-year term expiring April
21, 2010.
The President intends to nominate George Perdue, of Georgia, to be
a Member of the Board of Trustees of the James Madison Memorial
Fellowship Foundation (Governor), for the remainder of a six-year term
expiring November 5, 2005.
The President intends to appoint Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain, of
Oregon, to be a Member of the Board of Trustees of the James Madison
Memorial Fellowship Foundation (Federal Judiciary), for the remainder
of a six-year term expiring November 14, 2009.
The President intends to nominate the following individuals to be
Members of the National Council on the Arts, for a six-year term
expiring September 3, 2010:
James Ballinger of Arizona
Terence Alan Teachout of New York
The President intends to appoint the following individuals to be
Members of the Board of Directors of the Help America Vote Foundation,
for a four-year term:
Donetta Davidson of Colorado
Elizabeth G. Flores of Texas
J. Hayden Fry of Nevada
Keith J. Jackson of Arkansas
The President intends to appoint the following individuals to be
Members of the President's Committee for People with Intellectual
Disabilities for the remainder of two year terms expiring May 11,
2006:
Madeleine Will, of Maryland, and upon appointment Designate
