MISSION STATEMENT:

 The Location has two components: Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center (DB NRRC), directed by J. Neil Rutger, and Harry K. Dupree Stuttgart National Aquaculture Research Center (HKD SNARC), directed by Donald W. Freeman, in Stuttgart.  The mission of the DB NRRC is to conduct research to help keep U.S. rice industry competitive in the global marketplace.  The mission of the HKD SNARC is to conduct aquaculture research to address the highest priority needs of the U.S. aquaculture industry.  The units are conducting presentations, tours and other technology transfer efforts.
