Feature Stories FedFleet 2004: The Road to the Future is Now

All roads lead to New York, New York, for the largest federal fleet training event this year. FedFleet 2004 will take place on July 20-22, 2004, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan.

This year the Federal Fleet Manager Workshop and Information Fair and the Interagency Motor Equipment Advisory Council (IMEAC) Conference have merged for the first time into one annual fleet training event—FedFleet 2004.

The Fleet Management Review Initiative is a major focus of FedFleet 2004. Responding to a request from the Office of Management and Budget, executive branch agencies reviewed their fleet management operations, particularly the size of their fleets. As a result of this review, significant changes are underway. FedFleet will help fleet professionals prepare for those changes by presenting workshops, exhibits, and general session content about the initiative.

Training sessions will provide critical information about the Fleet Management Review Initiative, such as:

  • Where the management and operation of the federal fleet is headed;
  • How to enact the beneficial changes needed in federal fleet management;
  • Trends, technological advances, and best practices;
  • Ways to decrease costs and increase productivity; and
  • How to make fleet operation and management as efficient and cost effective as possible.

FedFleet 2004 will also offer two very special presentations for all attendees and exhibitors.

Register today!  Don’t miss this quality training and networking opportunity. Visit the FedFleet 2004 website or call (800) 315-4333 for further information.
