THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...
SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...NORTHWEST IOWA...AND NORTHEAST NEBRASKA.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY
THERE CONTINUES TO BE POTENTIAL FOR A LATE SEASON SEVERE WEATHER
EPISODE ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA INTO NORTHWEST
IOWA ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON. BY EARLY AFTERNOON...THERE IS A THREAT
FOR A BROKEN LINE OF LOW TOPPED SUPERCELL THUNDERSTORMS AFFECTING
AREAS ALONG AND EAST OF A LINE FROM NEAR TRACY MINNESOTA TO SIOUX
CITY IOWA. THESE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE
HAIL...SOME UP TO WALNUT SIZE OVER NORTHWEST IOWA...AS WELL AS
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS. AN ISOLATED TORNADO WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.
