1) Develop high protein dried distillers grains using quick germ removal 2) Develop beef rations from dried distillers grains plus fiber extrusion treated corn stover 3) Develop ammonia fiber explosion pretreatment process for corn stover and C4 grass feedstocks 4) Establish pretreatment laboratory oriented towards C4 grass feedstocks 5) Establish pilot plant for C4 grass feedstocks
