GIPSA Performance Verified Rapid Test Kits for Analysis of Mycotoxins
Mycotoxins are metabolites (by-products) of the growth of molds. The most frequently found mycotoxins in grain are aflatoxin, deoxynivalenol (DON), zearalenone (ZEN), and fumonisin. For more information on mycotoxins see the GIPSA Mycotoxin Reference Book and Testing Trucklots of Barley and Wheat for Deoxynivalenol (DON). GIPSA has implemented a program to verify the performance of rapid tests for mycotoxins in grains.
