Submit Your Storm Report to the National Weather Service Office in Pueblo
NOTE to official Pueblo spotters: Please DO NOT use this form in place of a LIVE call to our 1-800 number. The e-mail form is NOT monitored during severe weather episodes. This form is primarily for events discovered hours or days after the occurrence.
We welcome your reports of severe weather if you are in our County Warning Area (CWA).
Use the form below to send us your storm report. For the information to be of maximum use to us, please submit your report as soon as possible after a severe weather event.
Providing this information is voluntary.
Please limit your submissions to events in which you have witnessed at least one of the following:
- Total snowfall for an event: One inch or more.
- Hail: 3/4 inch in diameter or larger.
- Strong Winds: Wind gusts in excess of 58 mph. Indicate whether winds were measured or estimated by the observer.
- Tornado or Funnel Cloud: Please be as descriptive as possible and indicate whether the funnel appeared to be reaching the ground.
- Flooding: Especially where water covers a road or highway or where damage to property is occurring or imminent.
- Damage: Weather-related damage to structures (houses or buildings), trees or vehicles.
