Mr. Anthony Arnolie
As the Director of the Office of Information and Resource Management
and the Chief Human Capital Officer, Mr. Anthony Arnolie is responsible
for management of the agency's human capital, information systems,
physical infrastructure and the NSF Academy. He also plays a key
leadership role in the design of innovative information technology
solutions to enable the staff and the international community of
scientists, engineers and educators to improve business practices
and pursue new methods of scientific communication, collaboration
and decision-making.
Mr. Arnolie joined the Foundation from Arthur
Andersen LLP where he most recently served as Partner-in-Charge
of Technology and Administration for the Northeast Region. In this
capacity he managed 500 technology and administrative staff and
outsourced personnel who were responsible for supporting over 4,000
professionals in the Northeast U.S. as well as the Canada, Bermuda
and Cayman Island offices. Mr. Arnolie’s areas of oversight
included strategic and operational aspects of technology operations,
workspace planning and facilities management, dining services and
event planning, records management, mail distribution, graphics
and reproduction center, building security, executive assistant
resources, and procurement. Prior to joining Arthur Andersen in
1996, Mr. Arnolie served in a number of national and regional leadership
positions at Coopers & Lybrand
LLP. In his last role with Coopers & Lybrand, Mr. Arnolie served
as the National Director of Implementation Planning, where he led
the implementation planning and management of key U.S. technology
initiatives for the firm.
Mr. Arnolie received his Bachelor of Science
degree in Economics at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |
