• Remote Network Management (Customer Option)
• 24x7 Trouble Assistance (Help Desk for Service Delivery Problems Only)   

Protected

• Virtual Private Network
• Filtering Routers and Firewalls
• Intrusion Detection
• Boundary Anti-virus Detection
• Optional Network Management (Remote or On-site)

High Assurance

• Virtual Private Network (Customer Option)
• Encryption Capable Backbone (able to host customer provided and managed Type 1 Encryption)
• Filtering Routers and Firewalls
• Trusted Gateways and Secure Mail Guards for External Network Connectivity
• Intrusion Detection
• Boundary Anti-virus Detection
• Optional Network Management (Remote or On-site)

Network High

• No Connection to Lesser Sensitive Networks (Air Gap)
• Virtual Private Network (Customer Option)
• Encryption Capable Backbone (able to host customer provided and managed Type 1 Encryption)
• Filtering Routers and Firewalls (Customer Specific)
• Trusted Gateways and Secure Mail Guards for Connection to Other Tier-4 Networks (Customer Option)
• Boundary Virus Detection
• On-Site Network Management (Customer Option)
