CES
All information collected by the Current Employment Statistics (CES)
program is kept strictly confidential and used for statistical purposes only. Published
estimates are industry aggregates designed to prevent identification of individual firms.
MWR
All information collected by the Multiple Worksite Report (MWR) program is kept strictly
confidential by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and the various State agencies cooperating
in the MWR program, and is used for statistical and Unemployment Insurance program purposes,
and other purposes in accordance with law. Detailed descriptions of State-specific confidentiality
policies and uses of these data will be provided to your firm on an annual basis and are also
available upon request.
