[D] Figure 5 is a map of Belair Road clinic patient households represented as dots (offset within census block to protect patient identity). Overlaid on this are concentric rings spaced at 0.25 mile intervals, out to 2 miles. Households are separately identified by color in two race categories—African American and other. It reveals general patient as well as racial clustering to the south and north of the clinic. This map also reveals that a proposed move of the clinic two miles northeast would potentially threaten access for substantial clusters of patients to the south.
