WHAT IS THE DROP BOX?The drop box is a method that enables individuals to submit their applications and necessary documents without appointment or interview. Visas are normally processed and returned via TT Post courier within 5-7 business days.
Consular officers reserve the right to request that an applicant be interviewed. Use of the drop box does NOT guarantee issuance of a new visa.
The drop box is located inside the visa pavilion on Marli Street and is open daily 9:00 until 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. If qualified, applicants will be directed to pay the courier fee of TT$17 at the TT Post desk before using the drop box. WHO MAY USE THE DROP BOX?- Children age 13 and under, whose parents have valid U.S. visas
- Adults age 80 and over
NOTE: Applicants who were issued a visa once and were subsequently refused must use the appointment system. All applicants between the ages of 14 and 79 must schedule an appointment.
