Grant Proposal Guide
The Grant Proposal Guide (GPG) provides guidance for preparation of unsolicited proposals to NSF. Proposals submitted in response to NSF program announcements are considered unsolicited.

Grant General Conditions
The Grant General Conditions document details the conditions, standards, and expenses of EPSCoR awards.

Grant Policy Manual
The NSF Grant Policy Manual is a compendium of basic NSF policies and procedures for use by the grantee community and NSF staff.

Co-Op Agreement Conditions
The Cooperative Agreement Conditions document lists terms and conditions that apply to NSF cooperative agreements. These include terms for suspension or termination, changes due to limitations of funds, resolution of disputes, and other relevant information.
