A National Action Plan for Cancer Survivorship

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Lance Armstrong Foundation are leading a public health effort to address the issues faced by the growing number of cancer survivors living with, through, and beyond cancer. Through their collaboration and the combined efforts of nearly 100 experts in cancer survivorship and public health, they've developed A National Action Plan for Cancer Survivorship: Advancing Public Health Strategies. Colorectal Cancer Screening Saves Lives

Screen for Life informs men and women aged 50 years or older about the importance of having regular colorectal cancer screening tests. The campaign is designed, created, and implemented by CDC. Partners in Screen for Life include state health departments, tribal organizations and U.S. territories.
