My office is always looking for interns (preferably Juniors or Seniors) to come to DC and gain valuable work experience.  I'm looking for conservative, team-oriented self-starters with strong writing skills. 

Work assignments for interns tend to vary quite a bit; but generally interns handle constituent correspondence, phones, data entry, mail, and varied special projects and research.  This sort of experience provides excellent preparation for Staff Assistant or Legislative Correspondent positions, and gives students a unique opportunity to observe the legislative process.
