The Charleston, West Virginia office of the United States Trustee administers bankruptcy cases filed in the Clarksburg, Elkins, Martinsburg, and Wheeling Divisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of West Virginia; and cases filed in the Beckley, Bluefield, Charleston, Huntington, and Parkersburg Divisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. The Divisions of both the Northern and Southern Districts consist of the following counties: Northern District; Clarksburg Division: Braxton, Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmore, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Monongalia, Pleasants, Preston Ritchie, Taylor, and Tyler. Northern District; Elkins Division: Barbour, Pendleton, Pocahontas, Randolph, Tucker, Upshur, and Webster. Northern District; Martinsburg Division: Berkley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Mineral, and Morgan. Northern District; Wheeling Division: Brooks, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, and Wetzel. Southern District; Bluefield Division: Mercer, McDowell, and Monroe. Southern District; Charleston Division: Boone, Clay, Jackson, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mingo, Nicholas, Putnam, and Roane. Southern District; Huntington Division: Cabel, Mason, and Wayne. Southern District; Parkersburg Division: Wirt and Wood. Southern District; Beckley Division: Fayette, Greenbrier, Raleigh, Summers, and Wyoming.
