Current EPA NPDES Permits in Oregon and Washington

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and the Washington State Department of Ecology issue most of the NPDES permits in these states.

EPA issues permits for discharges on Tribal lands in Oregon and for federal facilities and discharges on Tribal lands in Washington. Listed below are the individual permits issued by EPA Region 10 in the past several years. The "Fact Sheet" and "Response to Comments" documents together describe the basis for the permit terms. (Every permit has a Fact Sheet, but not every permit has a Response to Comments.)
