Welcome to the Nutrition Services Incentive Program (NSIP) web site! NSIP, formerly the Nutrition Program for the Elderly (NPE), is administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service's (DHHS) Administration on Aging, but receives commodity foods and financial support from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS).
