Location: Soybean and Nitrogen Fixation Research

2003 Annual Report

What were the most significant accomplishments this past year?
This report serves to document research conducted under a specific cooperative agreement between ARS and the University of Missouri. Additional details of research can be found in the report for the parent project of 6645-21000-025-00D, Fundamental mechanisms for genetic alteration of soybean quality and productivity.

Ten higher protein soybeans, which grow well in northern Missouri, were selected for good performance or cyst nematode resistance in 2002 and are being evaluated again in 2003.
