The Office of Professional Services has the responsibility of identifying and implementing the functions required to provide assisted procurement services.  It developes policies, procedures, and coordinate activities across GSA.  Actual service delivery is provided by the Client Support Centers.

Professional Services provides assistance on a cost reimbursable basis in the areas of acquisition management, project management, procurement support, and financial management.  Assisted procurement services focus on clients to develop solutions to meet their specific needs. GSA provides procurement services for IT and professional services for the following GSA Schedules:

• Energy Management Services
• Environmental Services
• Financial and Business Solutions (FABS)
• Language Services
• Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD)
• Management Organization and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS)
• Professional Engineering Services (PES)
