It enhances uniform business and technical architectures that support cross-agency electronic government needs.

  • Leveraging emerging market-driven technologies to achieve measurable business process improvement;

And has succeeded by:

  • Developing and deploying a methodology that identifies the tangible and intangible values of IT investments; and
  • Increasing the use of industry-proven standards to achieve interoperable systems.
