Conference to Focus on Institutional Change to Improve Undergraduate
Science Education
The American Association for Higher Education (AAHE) will host a conference
supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF) on reform efforts in

The conference, Targeting Institutional Change -- Quality Undergraduate

from participating campuses to discuss best practices, collaborative relationships
and an agenda to sustain future reform.
A "town meeting" style keynote panel will address securing long-term
resources from local, state and national organizations to continue reform.
Faith Gabelnick, President of Pacific University, will moderate. The town
meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 23, from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m.
