A Web-based solution offering you two ways to help you find the perfect job at the National Institutes of Health.

CareerHere is web-based employment information system developed to house a centralized repository of NIH’s vacancies and job applicants. It also automates the vacancy announcement process.

  • The Vacancy Announcement is an on-line module that allows you to access all current NIH vacancies or only those that apply to your skills. You may choose to apply for a job or go back and search other current vacancies.
  • The On-line Resume tool has two ways to apply for a job: you may either paste your resume or use the optional Government form (OF-612). The paste function includes all the information you need to apply for a Government job.
In order to apply for a specific job at NIH, please click "Job Search" on the upper left of your screen. If you wish to create a NIH resume, click on "Create Resume."
