downstream from highway bridge, 0.3 mi downstream from Clam River, 1 mi south
of New Boston, and at mile 65.0.
DRAINAGE AREA.--91.7 mi2.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--May 1913 to current year. Prior to October 1948,
published as Farmington River near New Boston.

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 758.21 ft above sea level.
REMARKS.--Records good except those for estimated daily discharges, which
are poor. Flow regulated by Otis Reservoir 7.0 mi upstream on Fall River.
High flow slightly affected by retarding reservoirs since 1966. Telephone and
satellite gage-height telemeters at station.
