Reports to Congress

Agencies' Communications to Congress. Links to web sites of other agencies which display testimony presented to Congress, as well as other information.

FY 2004 Reduction Reports are sent to the Congress pursuant to Section 515 of Division E and Section 168(b) of Division H of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2004 (Public Law 108-199) (January 23, 2004).

Section 515 of Division E: Report on the FY 2004 $50 Million Reduction for Departmental Management Administrative and Related Expenses (Labor, HHS, and Education)--3/1/04  (249k)

Section 168(b) of Division H: Report on the FY 2004 0.59 Percent Government-wide Reduction--3/4/04  (426k)

Pay-As-You-Go Reports on direct spending or receipts legislation within seven days of enactment. An estimate of "PAYGO" Balances is also available.

Appropriations 7-Day-After Reports on appropriations legislation within seven days of enactment.

Report on Expenditures from the Emergency Reponse Fund are quarterly reports sent to the Congress on the use of the Emergency Response Fund (ERF) appropriations provided by the 2001 Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Recovery from and Response to Terrorist Attacks on the United States (P.L. 107-38).

Quarterly Reports on Iraq are sent to the Congress pursuant to Section 2207 of the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense and for the Reconstruction of Iraq and Afghanistan, FY 2004 (Public Law 108-106).
