ConferencesNational Diabetes Education Program Partnership Network Meeting 2004December 7-8, 2004 The National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP) is pleased to announce its fourth Partnership Network meeting, "Linking Hands Linking Partnerships, LINKS: Learn to Implement NDEPs Knowledge and Successes," which will take place on December 7-8, 2004, in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Sheraton Colony Square Midtown. Partners’ Update ConferenceOctober 18-19, 2004 The National Public Health Initiative on Diabetes and Women's Health is sponsoring a Partners’ Update Conference. Initiative partners will present programs, activities, and research that they are conducting on diabetes and women’s health issues. They will also emphasize how these projects are aligned with the implementation of strategies within the National Agenda for Public Health Action, an action plan designed to guide the nation with addressing diabetes and women’s health issues.
