Thursday, October 21, 2004 ![]() Bingaman to give State of the Laboratory talk this morningU.S. Sen. Jeff Bingaman will talk to the Laboratory work force in a "State of the Laboratory" address at 10:45 this morning in the Administration Building Auditorium at Technical Area 3. Bingaman, D-N.M., plans to devote at least 25 minutes of the talk to taking and responding to questions from Lab workers. The talk is open to all Lab personnel, however, employees who do not hold either a L- or Q-cleared badge will need to arrange for an escort. Additionally, uncleared U.S. citizens must be escorted, however, uncleared foreign nationals cannot be escorted into the Administration Building Auditorium. The talk will be broadcast live on LABNET Channel 9 and also can be watched on desktop computers using Real Media and IPTV technology.
