Election Night Events in Norway

November 2, 2004

U.S. embassies throughout Europe and Eurasia hosted election events on November 2, 2004, like this one in Norway, to highlight U.S. democracy and speak about the U.S. political process to local government officials, press, business and community leaders, students, and U.S. citizens living abroad. In photo at left, U.S. Ambassador to Norway John Ong spoke about U.S. democracy during that embassy's event. State Department photos.
